A few tips on how we can help you before you contact us:

Please ensure that you completed all required fields in the form, they will be marked with an * or the word (Required)

Each of our forms are protected by Google or Cloudflare CAPTCHA systems which prevents spam, if you have opened the form and then left the site or delayed filling in the form you will need to refresh the page before completing your registration.

If you have checked the above please clear your browser cache, we may have made some changes to the form, code or website since your last visit.

Wait a few minutes and try again.

 

Do you still have problems?  

Please take a screenshot of the error message that is being displayed and send it to us along with the name of which form/event you are having problems with and a description of what you have tried. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

When you contact us please remember to tell us the name of the event you’re emailing us about, this will speed up the support process.

If you have an issue with your event times or results please contact Core Timing or the event timing partner

This is entirely up to the event organizer, please contact them.

We will not make changes without a request from the organizer.

Cancellations will only be carried out upon request of the organizer, refunds will be processed by us and will be for the race entry fee only, processing fees are non-refundable.

We will include any specific instructions in the event description.
